Artisanal Dry Gin - Crafted in small batches with juniper berries and our unique, house-made botanical blend. Fresh lemon, lime and orange peel make our gin bright and refreshing, while our spice blend add complexity and depth. Best drank neat or on the rocks.
Rhubarb & Hibiscus Gin - This gin was made with copious amounts of Rhubarb and Hibiscus. Like the first bite of a grapefruit, it’s juicy and floral complemented by fresh citrus and our botanical blend that leaves it with a tart and warm ginger finish.
Plum & Blackthorn - The nose on this gin is a complex menagerie of aromatics with hints of cardamom, mace and orange. Plum and blackthorn lend the gin its purplish hue, and add a fruitiness that complements the heat of black peppercorns, ginger and cinnamon. Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, green cardamom pods, black pepper, whole clove, cinnamon, mace, ginger, fresh lemon peel, fresh orange peel, orris root, almond, blackthorn berries & plum.
