This vegetable oil has been refined, which explains its light colour and aroma. These qualities makes it a versatile ingredient that is perfect for mayonnaises, marinades or for high heat cooking.

Although its aroma is moderately pronounced, one can perceive a touch of bitterness typical of extra virgin olive oils. This velvety oil is ideal to prepare ratatouille, sundried tomatoes and polenta.
Our Olive Oil is GMO-Free and naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols which are natural antioxidants.

Unpasteurized and unfiltered. It is made with their own certified organic apples, which are pressed and aged without preservatives or additives.  The mother of vinegar may form over time, and can be removed by straining.
