 Tasting Notes:

This Pet-Nat wine has a light straw gold colour with Aromatic notes of Bosc pear, crab apple and candy floss that jump out on the nose. On the palate, it is light and effervescent, with a subtle sweetness that is balanced by zesty acidity. The finish is long and subtle, with a hint of nectarine that lingers on the tongue.
