Dear Grain
Dear Grain are passionate about restoring — and spreading — the true story of bread. They want to share the indescribable experience of a warm loaf made with heritage grains and fresh-milled flour, to rebuild the relationship between farmers, bakers, millers and the broader community, and invite people to taste the difference between grain varietals and experience the flavours of seasonal and regional wheats.
All of their loaves are made with natural levain and slow fermented for up to 48 hours.
Dear Grain is based in downtown Dundas.
